Developed in partnership with Club Concierge, the platform offers 24/7 assistance for services such as travel bookings, dining reservations, wellness experiences, and bespoke gifting.

According to the company, the platform uses artificial intelligence to learn user preferences over time and deliver curated recommendations. It also includes features like military-grade encryption, context-aware design, and handover to human agents when needed.

“This isn’t just a feature. It’s the future,” said Manoj Adlakha, founder and CEO of RedBeryl. “We have reimagined how luxury service works—intuitively, immediately, and intelligently—while preserving the hallmark discretion and personalisation our members expect.”

While RedBeryl has positioned the platform as a first in the Indian market, similar AI-led concierge features are already embedded in offerings by global hotel chains, premium credit card services, and luxury travel firms. What sets this one apart, the company claims, is its fully integrated model focused solely on lifestyle management, with a blend of automation and human support.

Still, it remains to be seen how effectively AI can handle high-touch, highly personalised requests typically managed by human concierges. The luxury concierge model has long relied on trust, familiarity, and access—factors that may not translate easily into algorithms.

The launch comes amid rising interest in tech-enabled luxury services, particularly among younger HNIs. Industry reports project strong growth in India’s ultra-HNI segment, creating demand for convenience-driven yet exclusive offerings.

RedBeryl is betting that its platform can serve that demand with speed and scale. Among the capabilities listed are instant bookings, personalised recommendations, and access to privileges across travel, fashion, and events. The company also highlights its privacy-conscious design as a key differentiator in a category where discretion is expected.

Whether the platform’s AI can consistently meet the expectations of India’s ultra-wealthy clientele remains to be seen. For now, RedBeryl is aiming to tap into a niche where time, access, and seamless service are currency—and where the role of technology is still being defined.
