The rebranding includes a newly designed website that reorganises the company's offerings into two core categories — IT Infrastructure & Application Services and IT Infrastructure Solutions.
Ajay Sawant, Chairman and Managing Director of Orient Technologies, reflected on the milestone, stating, “This moment is not just a celebration of our past—it’s a reaffirmation of our future. We aim to unify the technology experience across services, not complicate it. Whether it's cloud, infrastructure, or digital services, our role is to deliver seamless outcomes.”
Orient’s leadership says the revamp is part of a broader strategy to evolve from a traditional systems integrator into a digital transformation partner. Shrihari Bhat, CEO of Orient Technologies, emphasised that the overhaul is more than cosmetic. “It represents a rethinking of how we present our capabilities and engage with clients. We’ve made our offerings more streamlined and industry-aligned to empower users to explore and connect more intuitively,” he said.
The updated platform includes a knowledge centre, “Orient Edge,” which will publish whitepapers, case studies, blogs, and thought leadership content. Future enhancements are also expected to introduce tools such as service recommendation engines, dynamic forms, and real-time support features.
Orient Technologies’ renewed digital strategy aimed to reflect a larger trend among IT service firms to enhance customer experience through personalised, on-demand digital platforms, increasing competition, and evolving client expectations.
