New CEOs Take the Helm at Titan’s Jewellery and Watches Divisions

 

Titan Company, a prominent entity under the Tata Group, has announced significant leadership transitions as part of its strategic roadmap for continued growth in its core verticals—jewellery and watches.

Arun Narayan, who currently oversees Tanishq India’s operations across retail, marketing, and merchandising, has been designated as the Chief Executive Officer of the Jewellery Division, effective January 1, 2026. An alumnus of IIM Calcutta and a Tata Administrative Services (TAS) officer, Narayan brings with him close to three decades of diverse experience within the Tata ecosystem. His leadership journey at Titan includes key roles such as Regional Business Head (West), Business Head of Helios, and National Sales and Retail Head for the Watches category.

In a parallel development, Kuruvilla Markose, presently serving as the CEO of Titan’s International Business Division, will assume the role of CEO of the Watches Division, from August 13, 2025, succeeding Suparna Mitra. Markose, a TAS officer since 1995, holds an MBA from IIFT New Delhi and brings multifaceted experience across sectors including FMCG, telecom, BPO, consulting, digital, and retail. Since joining Titan in 2015 as Chief Digital Officer, he has led the company’s international expansion across watches, jewellery, and eyewear, playing a pivotal role in its global strategy.

These leadership changes underscore Titan’s commitment to strengthening its executive bench as it navigates an evolving consumer landscape and positions itself for long-term value creation.
