Estée Lauder Companies, the parent company of brands such as La Mer and MAC Cosmetics, named Aude Gandon its new chief marketing and digital officer, effective from 1 August 2025. She formerly worked at Nestlé, where she was global chief marketing officer, and also held senior roles at Google and Leo Burnett, an advertising agency.
